Standard Liege hitman Dieumerci Mbokani is interesting Blackburn Rovers.
The People says Allardyce is an admirer of DR Congo international Mbokani and may slap in a £5m offer to Liege in January.
Mbokani joined Anderlecht from TP Mazembe. His name Dieumerci means "Thank you God".
