Blackburn Rovers signing Danny Murphy says one of the nation's best coaches is working in the lower leagues.
Former Liverpool and Fulham ace Murphy believes England needs more coaches like his former Crewe manager Dario Gradi, a passing purist who gave him a grounding in total football.
"We played lots of different systems and positions," he explained. "I remember playing sweeper once as a 15-year-old in the reserves. It was a brilliant education."
