Blackburn Rovers have snapped up Manchester City defender Karim Rekik.
The Daily Mail says Rovers manager Michael Appleton signed Rekik, 18, on loan last season at former club Portsmouth, where he made eight appearances .
The 6ft Dutchman said: "Happy to say that I'm going on loan to Blackburn Rovers to be part of the team.
"I hope to win many games and learn for my future at Man City."
