Blackburn Rovers are set to lose one of their best sponsors.

The People says Rovers face losing one of their top sponsors, with local engineering company the WEC Group poised to withdraw their support.

The firm sent an e-mail to the club's Indian owners Venky's complaining about the way they have stood by manager Steve Kean. WEC are a Main Stand sponsor, with corporate boxes, directors' box seats and a private box.

The WEC management have been Rovers fans for years, and claim some of their clients have been put off by recent results and the 'bad' atmosphere at the ground.
