Blackburn Rovers are eyeing new Manchester United signing Nick Powell.

The Daily Mail says it's understood that Blackburn are interested in allowing Powell experience in the Championship next season on a short-term deal.

But United manager Sir Alex Ferguson is likely to reject that offer and put him on a fast-track into his first-team plans.
