New Zealand national team captain Ryan Nelsen has allayed fears of a recent knee injury, saying it's just a knock.
The Blackburn Rovers defender was originally ruled out for some time with what was thought to be a medial ligament injury in his knee but he says there is no cause for alarm.
"Everything is good," he said. "It's just a little knock," he said.
There were fears that Nelsen would miss New Zealand's upcoming World Cup qualifiers in October and November but he may even be available for the Rovers Premier League opener against Manchester City at Ewood Park this Saturday.
