Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean has spoken highly of new signing David Goodwillie.
The 22-year old Scottish striker joined from Dundee United on a four-year deal yesterday and Kean was delighted to welcome him to Ewood Park.
"He's an exciting young player and I think it was time for him to move from Scotland, he was Young Player of the Year up there, scoring 18 goals which is something we can certainly do with," he told the club's official website.
"He's a player that scores all types of goals, headers, left-foot, right-foot, tap-ins, which are always the best for the strikers to score.
"I think he'll give us a different dimension. He's bubbly, he's a natural finisher and I think he'll be a great addition to the already up and coming young ones."
