Blackburn Rovers have joined Fulham's interest for Ajax striker Mounir El Hamdaoui.

Ajax are willing to sell the Morocco international in January as he has struggled to make an impression this season.

Fulham boss Martin Jol has confirmed he wants to sign his former Tottenham forward, but will face competition from Rovers and Espanyol.
