Sacked QPR boss Mark Hughes is being linked with a return to Blackburn Rovers.
The Mirror says Rovers manager Henning Berg has had more pressure piled on him by the club's global advisor Shebby Singh.
Singh claimed Berg could be sacked quickly and an out-of-work boss brought in to keep alive their promotion dream.
Singh told a group of Rovers bloggers that "a manager is available now who wasn't at the time of Henning's appointment and we have looked at him" - with former boss Hughes in the frame.
