Blackburn Rovers have rejected a bid from Norwich City for Scott Dann.

The Daily Mail says Dann, 25, was due to join Crystal Palace but the clubs struggled to structure a £4m deal.

The 26-year-old has played 106 times for Blackburn since his move from Birmingham in 2011, and has played 25 Championship games this season.
