Blackburn Rovers owners Venky's will meet in India to discuss a way forward for the club.
The Lancashire club has experienced a tumultuous season in the Championship which ends after their clash with Birmingham City and the owners are desperate to solve some glaring problems during the offseason.
Rovers, who currently sit 17th but could finish as low as 20th if they lose, have seen three managers come and go this season (Steve Kean, Henning Berg and Michael Appleton) and are yet to permanently appoint caretaker Gary Bowyer who has guided the side to three wins from its past five outings.
The Lancashire Telegraph reports that the future of managing director Derek Shaw is up in the air, whilst the club is furious it lost a court case involving unpaid wages to Berg who received £2.25million in compensation for his premature sacking.
It is believed Bowyer may travel to Pune along with Shaw and operations director Paul Agnew to talk through issues at length with the owners of Venky's who took charge at Ewood Park in November 2010.
