Blackburn Rovers forward Mauro Formica has joined Mexican club Cruz Azul FC. The 25-year-old Argentine spent the second half of last season on loan at Serie A side Palermo, but has now left permanently for an undisclosed fee.
In total, he made 54 appearances for the Championship club, scoring five times.
