Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson knows three points at Blackburn Rovers is crucial in the title race.
Blackburn assistant manager Eric Black, who was at Aberdeen in the 1980s under Ferguson as a player, recognises the old determination to see off Manchester City's challenge and deliver a 20th title to Old Trafford.
"If he hasn't lost it at 70, he's not going to at 73," said Black.
"Winning the Premier League at City's expense would be the icing on the cake for him.
"He is the best we've ever seen. There has never been anyone like him and we haven't seen the last of him yet."
