Blackburn Rovers are battling for Walsall's 16 year-old midfielder Sean Geddes.
Newcastle United and Bolton Wanderers are competing with Blackburn to prise away the 16-year-old from the Coca-Cola League One club, says The Times.
Geddes, who has turned down the offer of a contract from Walsall, had previously trained regularly with Manchester United, but they have passed on signing him.
