Anthony Bloch has been appointed new club secretary at Blackburn Rovers.
The Lancashire Telegraph says the 27-year-old will become the youngest secretary in the Premier League when he replaces Andrew Pincher next month.
Bloch, who has spent the last seven years as assistant secretary at Everton, is the latest in a number of changes made behind the scenes at Ewood.
Pincher, who has been at Rovers for six years, follows chairman John Williams and managing director Tom Finn in leaving the club over the past six months.
A club statement said: "The board and owners would like to place on record their thanks to Andrew for his service and offer him best wishes for the future."
