Blackburn Rovers boss Sam Allardyce will have to cough up a fee to land PSG midfielder Jerome Rothen.
Allardyce is eager to close a deal for the 31 year-old, but PSG are insisting on a fee for the midfielder, who still has two years left on his contract.
Rothen joined PSG for £8 million and the French giants will not consider releasing him for nothing this summer.
Along with Rovers, Birmingham City have also been linked with Rothen.
