Blackburn move for Dindane collapses

Sky Sports News claims that Aruna Dindane will not be joining Blackburn Rovers because talks have broken down at Ewood Park. The Ivory Coast international spent the first half of the season on loan at Portsmouth but Rovers boss Sam Allardyce was believed to be interested in a permanent deal with the player's parent club, Lens.

However, as when Birmingham made enquiries problems at the Lens end became insurmountable.

A collapse in Dindane's move is also understood to have scuppered Maceo Rigters' loan to Kilmarnock.
