Blackburn Rovers midfielder Herold Goulon is on the brink of signing for FC Koln.
The young Frenchman, who signed for Rovers under former manager Sam Allardyce at the start of last season, has been training with Koln for some weeks.
Goulon, formerly of Le Mans, has done enough to convince Koln to make a move for the 23 year-old.
The Germans have opened negotiations about signing the midfielder.
