Blackburn Rovers are offering Tim Sherwood bumper money to leave Tottenham.

The Sun says Rovers will offer Sherwood a £1million bonus to get the club promoted.

That is on top of a £2m-a-year two-year rolling contract.

Last month Sherwood, 43, signed a four-year deal with Spurs worth £1m a year to stay as technical co-ordinator.

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has refused to let Rovers talk to Sherwood who has never managed a side.
