Jake Clarke-Salter featured for Chelsea in their 3-1 win over Tottenham in yesterday's Premier League 2 game.

Clarke-Salter completed a loan move to Rovers last month but it was agreed he could remain at his parent club to build his fitness as he recovers from a long-term layoff.

The defender enjoyed a full 90 for the comfortable win.

The development squad return to action with their EFL Checkatrade Trophy debut next Tuesday 13 September away at Swindon Town.
