Blackburn Rovers are tracking Tal Ben Haim's situation at Manchester City.
Israeli international Ben Haim found himself out in the cold at the Hawthorns with England Under-21 international Nedum Onuoha given the role of understudy to Micah Richards and Richard Dunne.
Rovers boss Sam Allardyce is keen to bring Ben Haim to Ewood Park in January.
