Blackburn Rovers are aiming for a double Latin swoop today.

The Sun says Rovers boss Steve Kean faces a race against the clock to land Argie ace Mauro Formica and Spanish starlet Ruben Rochina today.

Rovers have been trying to seal a £3million switch for Newell's Old Boys midfielder Formica, 22, since Thursday.

And they are also talking with Barcelona about striker Rochina, 19, who is rated in the £1m bracket.
