Blackburn Rovers and Fulham are chasing Atletico Madrid attacker Luis Garcia.
The former Liverpool striker's agent, Manuel Garcia Quillon, said: "If Atletico do not want him, the lad would not have anything against a return to the Premiership.
"Indeed, he's fascinated by a possible return to England, given the good times he spent in the shirt of Liverpool."
