Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean faces a battle to keep hold of goalkeeper coach Bobby Mimms.
The Lancashire Telegraph says Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish is keen on taking Mimms to Anfield.
Mimms made over 150 appearances for Rovers during a spell from December 1990 to June 1996, in which he landed a Premier League title winners' medal in 1995 under Dalglish.
He returned to the Rovers coaching staff in August 2008 after seven years with Wolves.
