Blackburn face AC Milan competition for Cacau

Blackburn Rovers must see off competition from AC Milan to land Stuttgart striker Cacau.

The Daily Mail says Sam Allardyce is keen on the bargain signing of the Brazil-born 29-year-old, who is out of contract with Stuttgart at the end of the season.

But Cacau has also caught the attention of Italian giants Milan, who are looking at alternatives to an expensive move for Wolfsburg hot shot Edin Dzeko.

Reports in Italy suggest Milan are putting together a three-year deal worth £45,000 a week, while Sevilla, Valencia, Hoffenheim and Wolfsburg have also been linked with the former Nuremberg star.
