Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean is determined that defender Chris Samba and striker Aiyegbeni Yakubu will not be leaving Ewood Park this month. Samba was the subject of a £5million bid from QPR last week, and has also been linked with a move to Tottenham and was left out of the FA Cup defeat to Newcastle on Saturday through injury.
"He is very happy, he is carrying a couple of knocks, so we rested him for next week." Kean said: "The message is simple - the Yak is our player, he is performing very well, he has done fantastic for us, he is not for sale.
