Blackburn Rovers will be due a windfall if Manchester United win the title this season.
The Mail on Sunday says Rovers will earn £2 million should United pip Manchester City for the title.
That's the money due Rovers thanks to one of the clauses in Phil Jones' deal which took him from Ewood Park to Old Trafford last summer.
Further add-ons for England competitive appearances could net Blackburn up to another £2m, Rovers being due £500,000 for each five starts Jones makes in competitive internationals, up to a total of 20.
