Blackburn Rovers defender Scott Dann must accept a double pay-cut to seal his move to Crystal Palace.
The Mirror says Selhurst Park supremo Steve Parish would like the 26-year-old to take LESS money than the £32,000-a-week he is on in the Championship to join the Londoners in their fight against relegation back to the second tier.
And Dann would also have to sign up for a further drop in wages if Palace do go down and he becomes a Championship player again.
The double whammy has hit Pulis' bid to land Dann and is causing some friction within Selhurst Park.
