Blackburn Rovers are considering a management restructure.
The Lancashire Telegraph says since chairman John Williams departed, Rovers have suffered from a lack of leadership with their owners in India leaving Steve Kean under heavy pressure.
After appointing Paul Hunt as a deputy chief executive to concentrate on the commercial side, Rovers now could bring in someone to help Kean with the business side of football.
Hull City's head of football operations Adam Pearson has been linked as a possible target but Rovers declined to comment on the speculation.
