Blackburn Rovers are closing in on a deal for Barcelona youngster Ruben Rochina.

The Mirror says an outright deal is on the table.

Rovers boss Steve Kean is set to make Rochina his first signing in a deal worth up to £1million.

The 19-year-old striker, who plays for Barca's B team, is due at Ewood Park within days.
