Blackburn Rovers look set to sign ex-Real Betis striker Mariano Pavione.
The 29-year old Argentine has bought out his contract at the Spanish club and is on the verge of becoming a Rovers player with reports suggesting his in Lancashire to finalise the deal.
Pavione, who spent last season on loan with relegated Argentine giants River Plate, will undergo a medical and hold initial talks with Blackburn according to skysports.com.
