Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean has had success in the summer market.
The Mirror says Kean has signed Paraguay's youth international skipper Rodrigo Baez.
The Rovers boss agreed a deal with Baez's club Olimpia for the midfielder who will cost an initial six-figure fee that will rise if he makes the Premier League.
Kean has assured Rovers fans of some major arrivals this summer.
