Blackburn Rovers chief Shebby Singh has urged Martin Olsson to reconsider plans to leave the relegated club.

Chelsea are chasing the young Swede.

"For example if Martin Olsson wants to leave now, yes he would go to a Premier League club. But will he be in the starting XI? He still has age on his side," Singh told the Lancashire Telegraph.

"He could stay with us for the next two or three seasons and be one of the main players to take us back to the Premier League.
