Blackburn boss Kean seeks legal advice over Samba stand

Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean is exploring every avenue to solve the Christopher Samba saga.

Kean is taking legal advice over Samba.

The exiled captain missed Blackburn’s defeat at Arsenal after ­effectively going on strike during the January transfer window.

Kean admitted Samba, who is desperate to quit the club after ­questioning their ­ambition, was fit but he decided to not pick him.

Kean said: “I’m not a legal expert – he’s fit and available for selection, but I’ve decided not to put him in the squad.”
