Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean rates Junior Hoilett as a pure matchwinner.
Fans have had to be patient after he made a slow start to Premier League life last season but, with a run of games behind him, Kean is expecting big things.
"Junior is a great player," said Kean. "When you can get him in those wide positions of being one versus one against a full back and he can face someone up and get them in the box, it must be so difficult for the full backs.
"Junior was exceptional. I don't know who picks the man of the match, Junior got it, but there were four or five candidates.
He has got the lot and he has got a bright future.
"I just thought he needed a run in the team where being free of injury he knew he was going to be selected.
"He is a match winner, he has fantastic ability and he is a level headed lad.
"Together with Martin Olsson and with Phil Jones back in, the young guys are coming through and they give a spark and a different feel to the team."
