Blackburn boss Kean happy seeing Samba, Salgado bust-up

Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean was happy to see his players rowing during their draw at Arsenal.

Defenders Chris Samba and Michel Salgado had to be pulled apart by referee Phil Dowd following a row at the Emirates.

Right-back Salgado, having cleared off the line, was furious that sub Nicklas Bendtner had been given a free header.

And boss Kean said: "That's their desire. I think Michel felt Bendtner was on his own and he was screaming and shouting.

"It shows what they will demand from themselves and their team-mates. To go down to 10 men against an Arsenal team that was the strongest he could have picked, we've done really well."
