Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean is delighted with the progress of Junior Hoilett this season.
The winger struck in their crucial 2-2 draw with Blackpool on Saturday.
Kean said: "He's a great player. When you can get him in those wide areas one against one with the full-back, it must be so difficult for the defender.
"Junior was exceptional. He's got the lot and I think he's got a bright future. I just thought he needed a run in the team. He's a match-winner, he's got fantastic ability but he's a level-headed lad."
There was another boost for Blackburn with England youngster Phil Jones returning after three months out injured, and Kean added: "The young guys are coming through and I think they give a spark and a different feel to the team."
