Blackburn boss Ince: I wish clubs would leave my players alone

Blackburn Rovers boss Paul Ince admits the transfer speculation swirling around his squad has been frustrating.

"It's been a hard start, what with the Brad situation, and the Bentley situation, and Warnock," Ince told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph.

"It has been difficult and I've been annoyed about it - I just wish people would leave my players alone because it has really wound me up.

"We are trying to build a squad here, and we are trying to add new faces, but also keep the vast majority of the existing team.

"People are trying to unsettle my players, which I'm not very happy about, but we've just got to get on with it."
