Blackburn Rovers boss Paul Ince is confident striker Roque Santa Cruz is okay after he suffered an injury scare in yesterday's 4-2 friendly defeat to Wolves.

Santa Cruz was withdrawn on 24 minutes after turning awkwardly trying to avoid Richard Stearman's challenge as he tapped in Tugay's cross.

Ince said: "It was a bit of a scare, but Roque should be OK. He took a whack on his Achilles but the doctors say it should clear up in three or four days and that's a big relief."
