Blackburn boss Hughes happy for quiet market end

Blackburn Rovers boss Mark Hughes admits he doesn't expect any major business in the final days of the summer market.

"I've had nobody on about any of my players, and I don't expect them to either," said Hughes. "It's been quiet, though it may liven up before the end of the week.

"There is nothing in the offing.

"We've got Steven Reid, who isn't far away, and that will be a big boost to the whole squad.

"If the window closes on Friday and we haven't added anyone, I'll be quite happy."
