Blackburn Rovers boss Mark Hughes admits Morten Gamst Pedersen's profile has slipped due to the exciting form of David Bentley this season.

Hughes said: "Maybe David's emergence has shifted the focus of our play from Morten.

"I've seen enough from Morten in training and games to know he is doing his best to make an impact.

"Good players like him always come back."
