Blackburn boss Allardyce sees winnable games this month

Blackburn Rovers boss Sam Allardyce expects better results this month.

The fixture computer wasn't kind to Rovers after giving them away matches at Premier League giants Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal in October.

Allardyce told the Rovers website: "It was always going to be a big month, we got three points against Burnley which was pleasing for us all.

"But after that we haven't got anything, but we have got three of the big boys away from home out of the way."

That run of results has meant that Rovers sit just two points outside the bottom three and with it the pressure is greater on Allardyce and his players.

"It has put some pressure on us because we are down in the bottom four and the pressure always comes on your when ten games have gone and you are in that position," added Sam.

"So we've heaped a bit of pressure on ourselves to get out of this bottom end of the table, but we've got a November month where we've got more winnable games than we've just had to do it."
