Blackburn Rovers boss Sam Allardyce knows the frustrations of his two deputy goalkeepers Mark Bunn and Jason Brown.
He said: "I think Jason and Bunny are both very frustrated of course but that is the position of a lot of goalkeepers right now who can have a long extended career in the Premier League but play very few games.
"So It is a very mentally testing position to be in. Do you want to sit as a Premier League number two, wait for your opportunities and see if you can take them. Or do you want to go somewhere else and play more regular football.
"Outfield players it is easier to cope with because you can move their positions sometimes, which I have done many times."
