Blackburn Rovers are eyeing Portsmouth attacker John Utaka.
The Daily Mail says Rovers are determined to bring in a striker before the end of August and are believed to have bid for Portsmouth's Utaka.
The Nigeria international has also attracted an approach from Rangers and declared a hope of moving to Ibrox.
