Everton striker James Vaughan is a target for Blackburn Rovers.
The Mirror says Vaughan has been told he can go for around £1.5million by David Moyes.
He spent two injury-hit loan spells at Derby County and Leicester City last season but still appeals to Rovers boss Sam Allardyce.
