Blackburn Rovers have won the Academy title after their 1-0 victory over Manchester United.
Schoolboy Modou Cham, 15, scored the winner just seven minutes from time having come on as a second half substitute.
Terry McPhillips' men will now face Newcastle United in a league play-off semi final at Brockhall on Saturday.
