Blackburn Rovers attacker El Hadji Diouf has hit out at African football officials.
Diouf has branded football on the continent as "corrupt".
"We will never win big, major competitions in Senegal and Africans (never will win) the World Cup. The whole African football system is corrupt," he told RFI.
He added: "There are a lot of shenanigans in Senegalese football today."
