Blackburn Rovers face competition from Ajax for Rosenborg midfielder Ciljan Skjelbred.
The 21 year-old Norway international was watched by both Rovers and Ajax scouts last weekend in action against Intertoto Cup opponents NAC Breda.
Skjelbred is currently in new contract talks with RBK.
