Barcelona midfielder Victor Valdez is set for a move to Blackburn Rovers.
The Daily Star Sunday says Vazquez has European experience with the La Liga champions but mainly plays for their B team.
He scored against Rubin Kazan in a Champions League match in December to prove his credentials.
But - with Xavi and Andres Iniesta in front of him - Vazquez, 23, is struggling to get a break at the Nou Camp and Kean believes the Spaniard could be a long-term replacement for David Dunn.
