Birmingham City striker Mikael Forssell hailed fellow Finn Antti Niemi after the Fulham goalkeeper's super save to deny Franck Queudrue a winner in Saturday's 1-1 draw.

Forssell said: "Antti is a great keeper. He is another main reason as well as to why Fulham will be big contenders to stay up.

"Unfortunately, he has retired from Finnish international football but he is still a great player. It was a brilliant save he produced to stop Queudrue from scoring."
